5. Shipping & Delivery Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. NEXTWEL is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on how to initiate a return.
