1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders may be processed, but not shipped on weekends or public holidays. If
we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few
additional days.
2. Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Belgium (Standard): €5.00;
- Belgium (Express): €11.00;
- Belgium (Free shipping): Available on qualifying orders;
- International: (Standard) €16.00 (to selected countries)
3. Delivery Times after dispatch
Belgium
- From Belgian stock: 1–3 business days;
- From international suppliers: 7–18 business days;
European Union
- From Belgium to EU countries: 4–10 business days;
Worldwide
- International orders: 13–18 business days;
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur
due to customs clearance, postal service disruptions, or other factors outside
our control.
4. International Shipping
We ship to a wide range of countries across Europe and beyond, and more.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of
the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email
with tracking information where available.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected
timeframe, please contact us through www.nextwel.be, we ourselves (Not by
machines!) regularly check mails; even on the weekends, so we can
investigate and resolve issue promptly.
